Исправления форматирования и кода (#1)
* added .gitignore

* basic formatting

* menu refactoring

* - renamed Connect_MuteAmbient -> ConnectMuteAmbientTimer
- added generic MuteAmbientForClient for ambient blocking
- renamed Timer_MuteAmbient -> MuteAmbientTimer
- refactored ambient related functions

* refactored normal soundhook

* updated dhooks callbacks

* fixed menu action end (?)

* updated CSS_Hook_ShotgunShot

* adjust menu

* remove tabs
