Fixed a dead link 
The link for the installation wiki page was pointing to a dead link (what I assume was the old title of the page). It now points to the wiki again.

9461c29f71 Added my own minimal implementation of a chat processor. 
* Removed Chat-Processor dependency.
* Added cvar `shavit_chat_colon`.
* Fixed inconsistencies with default chat messages.

223efc4843 Fixed incompatibilty issue with Chat-Processor. 
CS:S only - the issue doesn't exist in CS:GO!
