shavitush	84cc7c353e	Optimizations and fixes. ... Fixed zone colors being drawn incorrectly for certain zones. Added caching for zone centers. Made it so only players close to (or that can see) a zone will have it rendered to avoid high bandwidth usage. Increased the default value of 'shavit_zones_interval' to 1.5.
