040a47fb49 fixed security hole with pauses 
Fixed this issue, reported by BOBSON:
> Hi, friend!
A bug in the timer, players when you jump press the bind key "say
!pause" and before the finish already unpause and record counts

d99d5bea0a 1.2b first commit 
Added godmode (shavit_misc_godmode), 250 static prestrafe for pistols,
changed version to 1.2, added mapzones drawing styles (2d/3d -
shavit_zones_style), fixed admin menu loading, added DHooks gamedata for
shavit-misc and split to folders
