shavitush 9f220c0459 Added per-style sv_enablebunnyhopping. (#441) ... Recompile all plugins after this commit to avoid weird issues. The `shavit-styles.cfg` setting is `bunnyhopping`. This allows you to add a _strafe style. It does not respect _strafe map settings (they force sv_enablebunnyhopping to 0) just like the custom airaccelerate doesn't respect `sv_airaccelerate` changes done by maps.
